Slow Cooker Ribs

Jamie Tarence

Ingredients:

1 – 1 ½ Rack(s) of Ribs

Barbecue Dry Rub

Barbecue

½ - 1 C Water

Directions:

1. Prepare your ribs with dry rub and separate your rack into small portions (4-5 ribs each). You can also use frozen ribs – I recommend coating them in dry rub prior to freezing!

2. Place your ribs in your slow cooker standing on their side.

3. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce on the ribs and add ½ - 1 C of water to the bottom of the slow cooker.

4. Cover with the lid and turn your slow cooker on low for 7 hours or high for 5 hours.

5. Take your ribs out of the slow cooker and place them on a sheet pan. Pour additional Barbeque sauce over the top and place them under the broiler to caramelize if serving immediately OR if serving later, cover with tinfoil and place the ribs in the warming drawer for 1-2 hours. Remove 15 minutes before you’re ready to serve.
