Materials:

Yarn

Fabric scissors

Fork

Directions:

1. Use your thumb to hold the yarn in place at the center of the fork. Wrap the yarn around the prongs about 50 times or until you reach your desired thickness. Leave a slight gap at the bottom of the prongs. Cut the yarn.

2. Cut a new piece of yarn about 6 to 8 inches long. Thread it through the center tines, and tie a knot to hold it in place. Gently slide the yarn off the fork, tie the knot tighter, and double knot.

3. Cut the loops on either side to create the pom- pom. Trim the yarn so the ends are even and the pom- pom is puffy and rounded.
