Healthy Peanut Butter and Berry Sandwich

Peanut Butter and Strawberry Tartine

Yield: As many pieces as desired from a loaf of sourdough bread

 

Ingredients:

Sourdough Bread

All-natural Peanut Butter

Strawberries

Lemon

 

Directions:

1. Take a single piece of hearty sour dough bread and smother it with all-natural peanut butter (either crunchy or smooth depending on your preference).

2. Rinse your desired number of strawberries and pat them dry.

3. Cut them up and place them on top of your peanut butter.

4. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and enjoy!
