Beauty Boosting Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

 

Ingredients:

Half a cup of ice

1 ¼ almond milk

Half a banana

One scoop of Multi-Collagen Protein Vanilla

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 cup of spinach or kale (or your greens of choice)

Add 2-3 dates (optional)

 

Directions:

1.     In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth!
