Healthy Snickers Dates

Emily Hutchinson's easy-to-make Snickers dates will blow your mind! They can be made in under 15 minutes so keep them in your fridge for a healthy and tasty treat.

Healthy Snickers Dates

Ingredients:

24 pitted Medjool dates

½ cup creamy peanut butter 

1, 4 oz bar of semi-sweet bakers' chocolate 

2 teaspoons coconut oil

 

Directions:

1. Pit dates and fill with peanut butter. 

2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil. Coat each date and lay on parchment paper. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and refrigerate.
