Hot Cocoa Brownie Cups

Emily Hutchinson's fudgy, easy-to make, bite-sized brownie treats are reminiscent of cozy little cups of hot chocolate!

Hot Cocoa Brownie Cups

Ingredients:

1 stick salted butter, softened

1 stick unsalted, softened

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1, 7 oz can marshmallow crème

4 cups powdered sugar

 

Directions:

1. Cream butter and vanilla together for two minutes. Add in marshmallow cream and mix. Scrape down the sides and mix again.

2. Add in powdered sugar, cover with a towel and mix. Once the powdered sugar is incorporated then mix on medium speed for three minutes until light and fluffy.

 

Brownies:

1. Prepare brownie mix as box instructs and grease a mini muffin tin. Fill cavities 3/4 of the way full.

2. Bake brownies on 325 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool completely.

 

For brownie hot cocoa cups you’ll need:

Piping tip 1M

Mini candy canes

Mini marshmallows/ marshmallow sprinkles
