Ooey Gooey S’mores Dip

Yield: 1 8x8 Baking Dish



  • 2 bags Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 2 large Bananas, sliced thinly
  • 1 bag Large Marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, for serving



  1. Heat oven to 400˚F.
  2. Pour chocolate chips into baking dish in an even layer.
  3. Drizzle cream on top of chocolate chips.
  4. Place baking dish in oven and bake for 3-4 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted.
  5. Remove dish from oven and add cinnamon and salt. Stir until chocolate is smooth and glossy.
  6. Layer banana slices in shingles all over the chocolate, from edge to edge.
  7. Place marshmallows upright all over the dish, covering bananas entirely.
  8. Put dish back in oven for 3-5 minutes, until marshmallows are toasted.
  9. Remove from oven and serve with graham crackers.
