Sweet and Salty Puppy Chow
Sweet and Salty Puppy Chow
It's game day at Emily Hutchinson's house and she and her son, Mikie, are making sweet and salty Puppy Chow for Mikey's team to enjoy on the field.
Protein Puppy Chow

Yield: Serves 8
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp butter
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup vanilla protein powder
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
4 cups Rice Chex cereal
¾ cups powdered sugar
1 cup assorted M&Ms
½ to 1 cup broken pretzels
Directions:
1. Melt butter, chocolate chips, vanilla protein powder (must be one that tastes good) and peanut butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between each.
2. Once the chocolate mixture is nice and creamy, pour in the Rice Chex and stir until they are coated with the chocolate.
3. In a gallon Ziplock bag, add in powdered sugar. Then, add in chocolate Chex, seal bag, and shake until coated with powdered sugar.
4. Add into a bowl and mix in M&Ms along with theProtein Puppy Chow
