Two boxes of pre-seasoned rice

Fried chicken tenders

1 large can of cream of mushroom soup

1 8oz. Cream of chicken soup

3 tbsp butter

Shallots, garlic, mushrooms

Garlic powder to taste

Black pepper to taste



1. Cook pre-seasoned rice according to box instructions.

2. Chop vegetables to small even pieces.

3. Add olive oil to a pan and sauté shallots.

4. Once shallots are translucent, add mushrooms and cover.

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

6. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to vegetables when tender.

7. Add vegetables to rice.

8. Pour in cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup.

9. Add rice mixture to a pan and top with fried chicken strips.

10. Cover with foil, then Pop in the oven for 30 minutes and enjoy!
