Our church uses the concept of choosing one word to concentrate on for the year rather than multiple resolutions. For example - this year my one word is "Words" - so I want to watch the words I use when talking with people and to concentrate on God's Words. One woman in our weekly group suggested taking what word we choose and having the organization MUD LOVE make a clay bracelet and to wear it for the year as a reminder of what word we want to focus on for the year. BTW the organization MUD LOVE provides clean water to the part of the water that would otherwise go without -
