Danica's Delicious Granola

Danica McKellar

Ingredients:

4 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Organic if possible)

1 C Almonds

1 C Walnuts

1 C Cashews

1 C Pepitas

½ C Coconut Oil

½ C Maple Syrup

Salt (to taste)

1 tsp of Cinnamon

Directions:

1. Pour 4 cups of old fashioned rolled oats into a large bowl. Add your almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pepitas to the bowl (feel free to use any types of nuts you like).

2. Warm up your Coconut Oil by placing the entire jar in a pot of warm water that is on the stove on low heat. It only needs a couple of minutes to become warm.

3. Add the warmed up Coconut oil to the bowl of oats and nuts.

4. Add your maple syrup to the bowl.

5. Mix all the contents of the bowl together, making sure the wet ingredients cover the dry ingredients.

6. Once thoroughly mixed, sprinkle on some salt to taste and add your cinnamon. Give it one final mix.

7. Pour the mixture onto a baking pan and spread it out to create an even layer.

8. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and then bake for 25-30 minutes.

9. Enjoy!
