Homemade Pizza Rolls On-the-Go

Pizza pockets are the perfect snack to always have on-hand and Lauren Makk shows us how to elevate this classic with a simple, homemade version.

Homemade Pizza Rolls On-the-Go

Ingredients:

8 oz mozzarella cheese

Pepperoni

Marinara sauce

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning

1 package egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Parchment paper

Pan

 

Directions:

1. Mix mozzarella and a little marinara.

2. Add in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

3. Cut egg roll wrappers in 4ths.

4. Lay out wrappers on parchment lined pan.

5. Scoop a teaspoon of cheese and marinara mixture and add a pepperoni.

6. Fold over and seal the edges with water.

7. Put in a bag and freeze until ready to eat.

8. Pull them out of the freezer, pop them into a preheated oil filled pan at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until crispy golden brown.
