Doctored Strawberry Cake with Lemon Glaze

You will never look at boxed cake the same again. Jamie Tarence shows us how easy it is to elevate a store bought boxed cake into the most delicious Strawberry Cake with Lemon Glaze.

Strawberry Bundt Cake

Ingredients:  
1 Box strawberry cake mix  
1 (3 oz) Instant pudding mix, cheesecake or vanilla flavor 
1 Cup Sugar 
4 Eggs, room temperature 
¾ Cup Water 
3/4 Cup Vegetable oil 
1 Cup Sour cream  
1 Cup Powdered sugar 
2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice  

Directions:  
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 
2. In a small bowl, whisk your eggs, water, and oil.  
3. In a medium bowl, toss your pudding mix, sugar and cake mix together. Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes.  
4. Add your sour cream and mix for another 30 seconds until well blended.  
5. Spray Bundt pan generously with your preferred cooking spray.  
6. Pour batter into Bundt pan and spread evenly. 
7. Bake for 40 minutes.  
8. Remove your cake from oven and allow it to cool in your pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack or parchment paper covered plate. Allow it to cool for another 15-30 minutes.  
9. While your cake cools, mix your powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth until desired glaze consistency. 
10. Pour glaze evenly over cake. 
11. Refrigerate your cake or pop it in the freezer to allow the glaze to cool.  
12. Serve and enjoy!
